Production Process

After analyzing the initial requirements in detail, in an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual trust, we accompany the customer on the path of detailed product definition, making available the experience, expertise and commitment of our staff. The goal is full customer satisfaction while ensuring the best possible value for money.

Nuova Stampopress S.r.l. has decades-long cooperative relationships with esteemed professionals in the Veneto region. These cooperations make us extremely flexible in case of changes in the initial idea.

Currently, Nuova Stampopress S.r.l. makes use of 3 die-casting presses with power between 300 and 550 tons and 2 low-pressure presses with which we make castings up to 5 kg in weight. Our experience in the fields of supply for high-end lighting and furniture has led us to specialize in so-called “aesthetic castings.” The two technologies have different fields of use, and therefore, starting from the customer’s specifications, we are available to identify the one best suited to meet the customer’s needs.

For parts that require it, we have special machinery for the mechanical machining of cutting, drilling and threading. For other machining we rely on a network of external suppliers within a short distance from our plant.
We offer the service of finishing castings with treatments of sandblasting, tumbling, deburring to prepare for painting and polishing.

The delivery of the end product is in agreement between the supplier and the customer. Tools are delivered to the delivery address as specified in the order confirmation.
